Deviled Eggs

8 hard-cooked eggs, chilled and shelled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons prepared (spicy) mustard
1/4 teaspoon dill weed, optional
8 medium stuffed green olives, halved
Paprika
Parsley sprigs1. Halve eggs lengthwise.
2. Remove yolks, being careful not to break whites.
3. Place yolks in small bowl; add mayonnaise, mustard and dill.
4. Beat mixture with electric mixer until smooth.
5. Place small amount of yolk mixture in each egg white.
6. Top each with an olive half.
7. Add remaining yolk mixture, covering olives completely.
8. Spring with paprika; garnish with parsley.
9. Refrigerate covered, until well chilled - several hours.
Yield: 8 servings
