Smoked Ham w/Sweet Country Mustard Sauce

1/4 cup (packed) golden brown sugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup coarse-grained Dijon mustard
1 large spiral-cut smoked ham (about 8 pounds)

1. Whisk sugar and vinegar in medium bowl until sugar dissolves.

2. Whisk in mustards.

3. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper.

4. Cover and refrigerate sauce for a day. (Can be prepared 3 days ahead. Keep refrigerated.)

5. Serve ham with sauce.

Yield: Makes 24 servings. (Good on appetizer table or buffet.)
