Caramel Apple Crisp

Skill required: Beginner 2 small apples, peeled, cored & thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons caramel bits
2 tablespoons rolled oats
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 tablespoons butter1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. In a medium bowl mix together the apples, cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar & the caramel bits.
3. Divide between two 1 cup ramekins.
4. In a small bowl mix together the remaining 2 teaspoons brown sugar, oats & flour. Use your hands to mix in the butter creating a soft dough.
5. Split the dough in half & flatten into two discs then place them on top of the apples. Place a few more caramel bits on top if you wish.
6. Bake for 35 minutes.
Yield: 2 servings
