Chinese Beef & Vegetables

Skill required: Beginner 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 lb beef round streak, cut into thin strips
1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 1lb can or package Chinese vegetables, drained
Hot cooked rice1. Heat oil in a skillet over moderately high heat.
2. Add beef strips and cook and stir until browned.
3. Reduce heat to moderately low.
4. Add soup, water and soy sauce, blending well.
5. Cover and cook 15 minutes.
6. Add Chinese vegetables and continue to cook 5 minutes.
Serve over hot rice.
Yield: 4-6 servings
