1 cup butter, softened
6 cloves garlic, minced fine
2 tablespoons. finely minced parsley
2 tablespoons. onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon. pepper
Mix together.
Can be frozen for later use. Freezing in 1/2 cup portions is recommended. Garlic butter can be used when making garlic bread and is delicious on rice or potatoes.
