Peanut Butter Granola Bars

2 cups old fashioned oats
handful of coconut flakes
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup peanut butter
handful of raisins

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a pan, spread out the oats, coconut flakes, and both nuts.

3. Toast in the oven for about 15 minutes, stirring every so often so it's evenly browned.

4. In a saucepan, combine the butter, honey, brown sugar and peanut butter until fully incorporated.

5. Add the toasted ingredients to the sauce pan and mix thoroughly.

6. Add the raisins.

7. In a pyrex dish, butter or spray with oil.

8. Transfer the granola mixture to the pan, packing it all in neatly and tightly.

9. Bake for about 25 minutes, until golden brown.

10.Remove from oven and allow to cool.

11.When cooled, use a sharp knife to cut into bars.
