Fudge Brownies w/Walnuts & White Chocolate

Skill required: Brownie Lover 1 cup bittersweet chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup white chocolate, coarsely chopped1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Line 8×8" metal baking pan with parchment paper.
3. Stir bittersweet chocolate, butter in medium saucepan over low heat until smooth or melt in the microwave.
4. Whisk sugar, eggs, vanilla, and salt in large bowl until fluffy.
5. Stir in melted chocolate mixture.
6. Mix in flour, then nuts and white chocolate; spread in pan.
7. Bake until tester inserted into center comes out with moist crumbs attached, about 25-35 minutes.
8. Chill for about 2 hours, covered (or 1 hour in the freezer), then cut into servings.
9. Serve cold or at room temperature.
Yield: 24 brownies
