Baileys Cheesecake

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter
1 15-ounce carton ricotta cheese
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup Baileys Original or Baileys Light
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt

1. Combine crumbs and butter.

2. Press firmly & evenly on bottom & sides of greased 9-inch springform pan. Chill.

3. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F.

4. Beat together ricotta and cream cheese until smooth.

5. Add remaining ingredients; beat until smooth.

6. Pour mixture into pan.

7. Bake 75 minutes or until firm in middle.

8. Cool 20 - 30 minutes in pan before removing.

9.Cool completely before serving.
