1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place rack in center of oven.
2. Grease 2 cookie sheets.
3. Cream peanut butter and sugar together.
4. Stir in egg and vanilla.
5. Drop by teaspoon full onto greased cookie sheet, leaving room for cookies to spread.
6. Bake until golden brown - about 12 minutes.
7. Cool on a wire rack.
Yield: @ 2 dozen cookies.
