Skill required: Have successfully baked cookies
Time to prepare: @ 30 minutes
1 Cup Firmly Packed Light Brown Sugar
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
3 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Light Corn Syrup
2 teaspoons. Baking Soda
1 1/2 Cups Smooth Peanut Butter
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup M&M's
4 1/2 Cups Oatmeal
1. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F.
2. Cream butter and sugars together.
3. Add eggs, one at a time, vanilla, and corn syrup.
4. Mix peanut butter in by hand.
5. Stir in baking soda and oatmeal. The mixture will be very thick.
6. Stir in M&M's and chocolate chips.
7. Using rounded teaspoonfuls, place cookies on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F. for 10-12 minutes.
Yield: @ 36 cookies
