Coconut-Chocolate Frosting

Skill required: Beginner 1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
6 tablespoons milk
1 package (1 pound) confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans1. In medium saucepan, combine butter, cocoa and milk; bring just to boiling. Remove from heat.
2. Add sugar and vanilla; with spoon, beat until smooth.
3. Stir in coconut and pecans.
4. Spread over a cake or cupcakes, hot from the oven as soon as it is removed and cool in pan on wire rack.
