Vanilla Glaze (Drizzle)

Skill required: Beginner This glaze is primarily used for drizzling over coffee cakes and cakes made in bundt or tube pans.
1-1/2 Cups Confectioners Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
3 tablespoons MilkPut all the ingredients into a small mixing bowl and, with a hand-held whisk, stir rapidly until the mixture is creamy and runny. It should be rather thick and heavy but still drop off a spoon in a slow moving but steady stream. If necessary to achieve this, you may have to add a drop more milk or more confectioners sugar. You want the glaze to be heavy, not watery.
