White Chocolate Frosting

6 ounces white-chocolate squares
2 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package white-chocolate morsels
1 cup ground macadamia nuts

1. In a medium bowl, combine white chocolate squares, flour and milk.

2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is very thick.

3. Pour into bowl and place bowl in ice bath. It is important that the mixture is cooled.

4. In a mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar and vanilla.

5. Beat until light and fluffy.

6. Reduce mixer speed and gradually add white-chocolate mixture, mixing constantly.

7. Beat at high speed until it is the consistency of whipped cream.

8. Frost cake, then sprinkle with white-chocolate morsels and ground nuts.

Yield: Enough to frost a 3-layer 8" cake.
