Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 11.5 oz package bittersweet chocolate chips
1 cup miniature marshmallows
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Coat an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with butter and set aside.

2. Combine milk, chocolate chips, and marshmallows in a saucepan over medium heat.

3. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is melted and smooth, about 5 minutes.

4. Remove from heat and mix in peanut butter and vanilla extract until thoroughly combined.

5. Pour mixture into the baking dish, spread out evenly, and let cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes.

6. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until firm, at least 1 hour.

Yield: 24 pieces
