Peanut Butter Fudge

1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup Peanut Butter - smooth or crunchy
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon corn syrup
1/3 cup salted peanuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 - 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar

1. Butter loaf pan, 9x5x3".

2. Mix and stir granulated sugar, peanut butter, milk and corn syrup in 2 quart saucepan.

3. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring frequently.

4. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat.

5. Cool, without stirring, until bottom of pan is lukewarm, about 45 minutes.

6. Stir in nuts and vanilla.

7. Stir in powdered sugar until mixture is very stiff.

8. Press into pan. refrigerate until firm about 30 minutes. cut into 1" squares.

Yield: 32 pieces
