3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup strong black coffee
1 cup honey
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup nuts and/or raisins
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease an 8"x8" pan.
3. Cream sugar and eggs.
4. Add coffee, oil and honey.
5. Sift dry ingredients and add.
6. Fold in nuts and/or raisins.
7. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour.
