Skill required: Ice cream lover
8 ounces cream cheese, cut into small pieces
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup half and half
2/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
Pinch of salt
1. In a blender or food processor add the sour cream, cream cheese, half and half, sugar, vanilla bean paste and salt.
2. Blend until smooth and then chill in the refrigerator.
3. Freeze in your ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
