2 cups sugar
5 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 quart whole milk
2 tablespoons vanilla
1. Beat eggs until light.
2. Add sugar and salt and mix well.
3. Add vanilla, milk and cream.
4. Freeze.
Serve with chocolate sauce.
Yield: 4 servings
