Peaches in Marsala

Skill required: Love of peaches

1 can (1 lb. 14 ounces) peach halves
1/2 cup cream Marsala
1-inch cinnamon stick

1)Drain the peach halves, reserving 1 tablespoon of the peach syrup.

2)In medium bowl, combine peaches, Marsala, cinnamon stick and reserved syrup.

3)Refrigerate, covered, until the peaches are very well chilled - at least 2 hours.

4)To serve: Turn peaches and liquid into individual dessert dishes.

Yield: 4 servings
