Skill required: Can stand the smell of liver
1 pound raw liver (any kind) blended into a paste
1 egg
1 cup flour
1/2 cup corn meal (or flour)
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients well.
3. Drop large tablepoons of batter (like cookies) onto cookie sheets that have been greased with vegetable oil - or - cover cookie sheet with dough to bake one large biscuit. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour for chewy treats, longer for crisper treats.
4. If baking a sheet of dough, cut into bars after baking.
Yield varies depending on thickness of dough. @ 2 dozen (This treat is consumed quickly. Both dogs and cats like this biscuit.)
