Chocolate Truffle Pie

Skill required: Beginner

10 squares semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 cup whipping cream
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

2. Butter a 9-inch pie pan.

3. Melt chocolate with whipping cream

4. Stir until smooth.

5. Cool slightly.

6. Beat in eggs, vanilla, sugar and flour.

7. Pour into prepared pan.

8. Bake for 35 minutes or until the outer half is puffed and the center is still slightly soft.

9. Cool and serve with whipped cream and grated chocolate on top.

Also delicious with Espresso Fudge Sauce. (See Frostings)
