White Chocolate 'n Raspberry Brownies (For lovers)

6 Tablespoons unsalted butter
8 ounces grated white chocolate
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1 cup (heaping) semi-sweet chocolate chunks or Heath bars - NOT BOTH
Fresh raspberries
Raspberry liquor
Small handful of chocolate chunks for serving

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Butter and flour an 8-inch square baking pan.

3. Melt butter and 4 oz of white chocolate together on top of double boiler over hot water (or melt over VERY low heat and stir continuously until melted.)

4. When melted remove from heat and add balance of white chocolate.

5. Stir to blend well and set aside.

6. Beat eggs. Add sugar. Beat 2-3 minutes.

7. Add white chocolate and butter mixture, vanilla and flour. Beat just until smooth.

8. Add chocolate chunks and mix in by hand -- do not beat.

9. Pour into prepared pan and bake 25 minutes.

10.Remove from oven (leave oven on) and with a wet knife, slice batter from one corner of pan to the other (1 diagonal slice) with one hand and pour a few drops of raspberry liquor into batter with the other. Use the liquor sparingly.

11.Return to oven and bake 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

12.Cool on wire rack. Cut into squares or bars.

13.When ready to serve, melt handful of chocolate chunks and combine with fresh raspberries (frozen are too mushy) and 1/2 cup raspberry liquor. Pour onto warm brownies. Top with vanilla ice cream or whipping cream.

14.Don sexy attire, call lover to the bedroom (or living room floor) and serve by hand.
