Chicken Marinade

1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon lemon peel
Pepper

1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.

2. Place chicken in plastic zip lock bag; pour mixed sauce over chicken.

3. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.

4. Next day: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

6. Butter pan - place skin side down - bake 15 minutes.

7. Turn and cook for 30 minutes.

Can also barbeque.

Marinade can be stored in refrigerator for several days before using.
